Feedback & Complaints
This section shows you how to go about giving feedback to the Commerce and Employment Department about its services and how to make a complaint.
Introduction
Here at the Commerce and Employment Department we are committed to delivering efficient, quality services.
We aim to provide prompt, courteous, helpful, open and relevant information in response to every approach made by a member of the public.
We are always keen to hear the views of our clients about our performance – what we do right, and what we do wrong.
We recognise that, from time to time, things go wrong and we do not always meet the standard of service that we have set ourselves. We are keen to hear about such instances since they provide us with an opportunity to put things right and learn from our mistakes.
All feedback is recorded and monitored so that we learn from feedback and take action to improve services.
You can give feedback, either positive or negative, by using our Customer Feedback Form which is available via the download links section or by contacting our offices.
Alternatively, if you wish to make a complaint, then please read our Complaints section.
