If your business is established in the UK you should contact the Information Commissioner's Office

Most organisations established in the Bailiwick of Guernsey that process personal data about living individuals are required to Notify under the Law.

There are some exemptions from the need to Notify:

If you wish to amend a published Notification, please contact this office  and ask us to "Open the Notification for Review."

To amend a Notification you must know its six character security reference, e.g. abc123, which is available on request from this office.
